Mr. Manas Satpathy
Chairman
Senior leader at PRADAN, has over 35 years of experience in rural development, specializing in irrigation and natural resource management. A former Executive Director (2012–2017), he leads PRADAN’s climate action initiatives. He holds an M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech from NIT Rourkela.

Mr. Mihir Sahana
Secretary cum ED
An agriculture and rural management professional with over 30 years of experience across NGO, corporate, and government sectors. An IRMA and University of Manchester alumnus, he leads innovative livelihood and agri-value chain initiatives for small and marginal farmers.

Prof. Somnath Ghosh
Member of the Board
An Industrial Relations, Organization Design, and Institutional Development specialist. Retired as Founding Dean (Academics) at IIM Kashipur and earlier served as faculty at IIM Lucknow, Bangalore and Indore, was also Visiting Faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, and Visiting Fellow, Cornell University (USA). He was also a consultant to over-twenty-five organizations, including The World Bank on project affected people (PAP) of infrastructure development, and Johns Hopkins University on restructuring the Directorate of Medical Health, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Vijoy Prakash

Former Principal Secretary and Agriculture Production Commissioner, Government of Bihar, is a distinguished administrator and innovator. Currently serving as Chairman-cum-CEO of AIC-Bihar Vidyapith, he promotes grassroots innovation and entrepreneurship, blending academic excellence with visionary leadership.

Dr. Smita Shweta
Member of the Board
Fisheries Expert at KVK, Birsa Agricultural University, Ranchi, has over 28 years of experience in fisheries development and rural livelihoods. A former State Programme Coordinator (Fisheries) at JSLPS and National Resource Person at NIRDPR, she specializes in sustainable aquaculture and gender-inclusive livelihood promotion.

Mr. Vijoy Prakash

Chief Administrative Officer at Indian Railways, brings decades of experience in operations, commercial management, and training. Having served in key leadership and academic roles, she has significantly contributed to enhancing efficiency, capacity building, and innovation within the Indian Railways.

Mrs. Mahua Roy Chowdhury
Member of the Board
Project Coordinator at JEEVIKA, Bihar, has over two decades of experience in governance and social development. A Chevening Clore Leadership and NUFFIC fellow, she has contributed to key state policies on women and disability and led institutional reforms under the Department of Social Welfare, Bihar.

Mr. Vijoy Prakash

Former Managing Director of Krishna Bhima Samruddhi Local Area Bank and senior SBI executive, has over four decades of experience in banking, technology, and development. He now works as a consultant and visiting faculty at SPJIMR, focusing on FI and institutional strengthening.

Mr. Chandan Sinha

Chairman and Independent Director at RBL Bank, is a former Executive Director of the Reserve Bank of India with over 35 years of experience in central banking and financial services. He has also led CAFRAL and served on the boards of major banks and financial institutions.
