Dr. Shivendra Kumar

A former Principal Scientist and Head, ICAR–RCER Research Centre, Ranchi, with over three decades of leadership in multidisciplinary agricultural and horticultural research. He has made significant contributions to stress-resistant crop varieties, disease and pest management, water productivity, watershed development, and technology dissemination through public–private partnerships. Currently, he serves as Project Management Consultant (Horticulture) with Nippon Koei India Ltd and holds key advisory roles in Jharkhand and Bihar.
