Dharmendra Sriwastawa is a seasoned rural development and operations professional with over 25 years of experience in operations, HR, capacity building, and institution strengthening. He has held senior leadership roles at Indian Grameen Services (BASIX), leading large-scale World Bank and DFID–funded projects on livelihoods, FPOs, SHG federations, agribusiness, renewable energy, and youth and women empowerment across Jharkhand and Bihar.
Mrs. Mahua Ghosh Sengupta

Dr. Mahua Ghosh Sengupta is a seasoned MEAL, research, and knowledge management professional with over 20+ years of experience working with national and international agencies across India and Bangladesh. A PhD in Anthropology and recipient of the Young Scientist Award, she brings deep expertise in livelihoods, financial inclusion, women empowerment, impact assessment, and documentation, leading large-scale studies, evaluations, and donor reporting initiatives.
Mr. Kumar Gaurav
Dy. Director- Program
Kumar Gaurav is a program management and livelihoods professional with over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing market-led livelihood, agriculture value chain, and community institution–based programs. An engineer and MBA in Rural Management (XISS), he has led multi-donor projects with organizations such as 4S India, BASIX, and SRIJAN, with strong expertise in institution building, research, stakeholder coordination, and program scale-up.
Mr. Amit Gaurav
Dy. Dir. Agriculture & FI
Amit Gaurav is an agriculture and financial inclusion expert with 20+ years of experience in agribusiness, value chain development, microfinance, and livelihood promotion. An M.Sc. in Agriculture, he has led large multi-state teams and programs with organizations such as 4S India, BASIX, HDFC Bank, and ITC, driving FPO formation, agri-finance, and market-linked farmer interventions in Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal.
Mr. Smrutti Ranjan Behera

Smrutti Ranjan Behera is a finance and administration professional with over 14 years of experience in accounts management, audit, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial controls across development and financial institutions. Currently with Sarva Seva Samity Sanstha (4S), he oversees project finance, FPO audits, fund management, payroll, and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.
Mr. Sushant Pushkarna

Sushant Pushkarna is a senior development professional with 19+ years of experience in leading large-scale agriculture, FPO promotion, and livelihood value chain programs across multiple states. An MBA in Supply Chain Management, he has managed government and donor-funded projects (including World Bank, RKVY, MIDH, and SFAC), with strong expertise in institution building, agri-business development, stakeholder coordination, and program scale-up.
